I have the Verizon version of the galexy tab 7" and I have tryed rooting with super one click and z4 root and neither one works

Super one click freezes at step 7 of the shell root and says waiting for device

Z4root force closes and then the tab runs slow until restart

I don't want to flash a custom from if i don't have to becouse I have bad luck with bricking and I can't afford to lose my tablet and everything on it I just want to run root required apps. Any help would be apritiated
