Apparently there is an app in the marketplace called 'MyBookmarks' which claims to 'import your I.E., Firefox, Safari, and Chrome bookmarks to the Android browser'. I have not personally used it so best of luck in that regard.

If that doesn't help, I do know that Firefox has a convenient sync utility that transfers everything from the desktop to your phone, provided you are using FF on both. One could only assume that Google has provided such a utility for Chrome, but I am not familiar with it. I suppose if nothing works you can transfer your bookmarks to FF and then use their sync, but I would assume you don't want to do that. Hope this steers you in the right direction.

I am also running Chrome on my PC with the need to sync bookmarks with a Galaxy Tab and a Nexus One.

I've chosen to run the Dolphin browser on my Galaxy Tab and Nexus One and I sync my bookmarks using XMarks which is available in the Android Market. It cost $12/year and I think it is worth for it supports folders, backs up your bookmarks in case of loss and is easy to use.
