Default Galaxy Tab P1000 - Internal SDcard wiped out each time power off

I've just bought a second-hand Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000. But each time power off, the internal SDcard is wiped out. This means all my data, apps will be lost after reboot.

I've tried to flashed some Stock (2.3.3, 2.3.5, 2.3.6) but nothing changes.

Then I followed the guide to up to Overcome Kernel 4.0.0. After flashing the kernel by Odin, my tab restarted, and then I heard some robot's voice, that means the rfs-2-ext4 conversion was in progress. But it hang at the screen with line "Galaxy Tab" after the robot's voice.

Has someone here know the problem?

Thanks for your help!
