Every time I am downloading Kies, a Runtime Error appears during the download.
Once pressing ok, kies continues to complete the download.
Once completed the Kies box appears saying an issue has occurred and kies will have to shut down.
Consequently i am unable to connect my Tab to Kies to download contacts, music, calendar appointments from my PC.
Is there another system I can use or process I need to know about to make Kies download properly?
Again like a lot of other threads, i am monkey see monkey do , when it comes to new technology.
