Hey not sure if this is the right place to be asking this but is it possible to upgrade the android OS on the T-Touch Tab if so how would i go about doing it

Pretty much the same as any other device: find an update or ROM for your device. For details, you'll have to dig a bit. See if there's rooting/custom ROM subforum applicable to your device.
