Sad Facepad - HELP!

Okay, so I recently bought a Facepad from this ************ site after reading some pretty good reviews on it... I got it in the mail today, and after 5 minutes of being on Facebook, it force closed on me. Then, it wouldn't play any movies on Netflix. They would play sound (no video) for four seconds before closing out and returning me to the main Netflix screen. THEN, I got on Youtube and it was suuuuuper slow. The video and sound were there, but video was very choppy. I don't know how to restore to factory defaults (the instruction manual doesn't tell you how and there are no options in the settings to reset to factory defaults like there normally are). I also can't check for updates (I thought downloading any available updates might help). Every time I ask it to check for updates, I get the message "Failed in checking for updates ERR 301". Please help!!

This sounds as if it may because, you have perhaps had two many apps open, possibly running in the background with out you knowing. Check out the link below and, have a nose about the forum!

Hope you manage to solve the problem.
