Superpad 2 help needed please

Hi, I have recently bought my first android tablet, The model number is DISCO10, android version 2.2-20110529, kernel version 2.6 32.9, Build number FRF85B.

Each time I try and do a factory reset, the original owners apps etc are all still there. Could anybody help me to reset it please?
