Hai anyone i need help for a pantech element P4100 to get into test mode or factory mode or service mode which ever i need the codes/ strings

I want to take QXDM logs so need the strings. So ineed to access factory mode. Like in a phone we have *#1234#

to root this pantech on ICS use https://www.dropbox.com/s/k8jiy71om1idxje/ICS_JB_Root_with_Restore_by_Bin4ry_v17.zip it works select option 1 its very easy to do once rooted update SU and your good to go
