So a Chinese wholesaler basically lied and downgraded the specs on what you originally ordered. No surprises here.  I suggest you try and get your money back.

There's quite a few Guangdong trading companies, distributing tablets called Zepad. So we can't really determine who the manufacturer is. Is there anything in the About Tablet menu you could post, might give a better idea as to what you've actually got.
