Moved thread to General Tablet Talk from Computers.

Try the Amazon app store. That's got Netflix.

The Hipstreet is a budget tablet sold by Walmart isn't it? Many of these cheap off-brand devices do not have Google Play.

Some cheap tablets come with it, like my d2 pad. The 1MobileMarket (IMO a great play store alternative that can be side loaded) also has it. Personally I prefer 1Mobile over play, none of play store's usual issues with downloads and self updates even with auto update turned off, and I can download and install in one click, none of that jumping through hoops accepting permissions and such, plus you can save the apk when you download so if it fails for whatever reason (like play saying insufficient storage with more than 100MB free) you don't have to start over again
