Think this is a $50-$60 Chinese tablet. Wouldn't even be worth trying to repair it would it? Probably a new digitiser would be as much as the whole tablet, that's even if you could find a place that supplies spares for these.
Actually you probably could find a replacement digitizer, but it would mean getting on a plane and flying to Shenzhen, China. You can always have a look at Alibaba, Global Sources or Made-in-China.com
