Sad Facing a serious problem and in dire need of help

Hey. I hope this is in the right place. If it's not please just let me know because I need to get this answered asap. I purchased a Polaroid 10" Tablet today (model PMID1000B) for my fiance. I was attempting to install Google Play on it by copying the following apk's to the system/app/ folder: one time initializer, google services framework, setupwizard, and of course the market. After copying them and restarting the tablet, I've entered some kind of horrible loop. I have the message "Unfortunately, Setup Wizard has stopped" popping up over and over. Pressing ok, just brings the message up once more. Because these apk's are in a system folder, the manufacturer system reset is doing me no good. Is there any way I can access the app folder via USB and just delete the offending apk's? At this point I'd really be happy just to get it back to purchased condition.

can you bring it up in adb? you can use Android Commander granted you can connect and delete the files fast enough before it loops again.

you cannot install Google Play Store onto tablets or smartphones in that manner. the APK will successfully install but all you will get is force close errors over and over trying to run them. these were meant to be installed as a system app if they are even compatible with your device. since the Polaroid is basically the same as the Emerson tablets (both sold in Big Lots usually) they are lucky for you, pre-rooted. some don't even require a super user app to work. (mine doesn't) so try installing ES File Explorer or Root Explorer from the 1Mobile Market which is installed by default on your device or can be downloaded via the Windows Phone style widget tile labeled 'download app stores' and search and download those apps. then, launch them, hit the settings option virtual key (looks like three dots beside the recent apps virtual key) and scroll down, check 'root' or go into root settings (depending on the app) and make sure that 'system is rewritable' and then exit and re load the app. go into where you downloaded the APK files, (you will need both the Play and Play Services apks) and copy them into the /system/app folder. then reboot the device. if successful, this will install them automatically into the /system/app folder where they belong, and they will run properly if they work on your device. since Google doesn't officially support cheaper tablets like these, it's a hit or miss kind of thing. it is likely they won't work.
