Default Tablet charging port completley loose

I have an e-star tablet and I noticed it wasn't charging. The charger was fine it worked on my phone so I had a look in the port of the tablet and I noticed the actual charging thing was pushed really far back. I opened it up to investigate and the charger thing was pushed right back. I tried to pull it out with tweezers and this worked until you tried to put the actual charger in and it would just go back.

Can I get this fixed? How much will it cost aprox? Would I be better off buying a new tablet?

Thanks guys and hopefully you can help me

I can take pictures if you would prefer also

Is this the charging socket rather than the USB port? If so, the tablet should still charge OK via USB, either from your PC or a USB charger. If you're good with a soldering iron and glue you might be able to fix it yourself. If you have to pay a tech to fix it, it will almost certainly be cheaper to buy a new tablet.
