Default MODECOM 9701 IPS Plus USB driver

I have a polish tablet MODECOM 9701 IPS Plus USB driver. Its a decent tablet except that my Windows 7 fails to install its drivers after I connect it to my laptop. I went to the manufacturers website and downloaded the usb drivers. I followed the instructions on installing the drivers manually. But while in the instruction screenshots, windows installs the drivers that are in the folder you manually point to, my Windows says it cannot find them.

Im sure these are the right drivers as it says in the instructions for which tablet model they are. Also the website asked me to provide them with a model serial number before they give me a link to the drivers so they are supposed to be specifically for my tablet.

I am thinking that it could be because the Windows I use is in English. And the windows being used in the instructions is a Polish Windows 7.

Any tips are welcome,
