Need help on ROM issue

I have rooted my phone (Samsung Galaxy Gio) and I have installed apps that help move the apps from phone to SD card. But I still see that the amount of ROM is almost full, and I can't install programs as it gives a message that I need to remove some apps before.

There is a total of 180 Mb place in ROM and now there is 20 Mb left.

Sounds like your new rom is taking up a lot of place with your other apps. Find a smaller rom
And remove some apps that are taking space.

I have removed all the apps was possible, except some few widgets.

How/where can I find a new ROM?

Search on xda-developers, but about size: did you wipe before flashing this rom? From which rom did u come?
