I just recieved my Super Pad 3 and after charging it, turned it on but all it does it go on to a screen that has a globe with Android 2.3 in the middle and 2 little green people, one on the left, one on the right. (Ive never used anything android so can only assume this is some kind of loading or home screen)

If I hold the power button and the return button the screen goes black and in the top left it says:

System will reboot in (counts down from 5s, 4s, 3s, 2s, 1s....

Then doesnt do anything at all.

Any help is greatly appreciated, Thankyou
