I can boot up, but after I unlock, I get the message The application Wizard has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again .I keep trying but the same thing happens all the time. I tried to go back to factory settings and still the same thing happens.

I think I have lost the wizard application anyway I can get it somewhere and install it? I can't do anything if it won't run. Help!!!!!!!
