GTV-IV303 box?

Is anyone familiar with android box GTV-IV303. Here is manufacturer site:
YATAY ELECTRONICS-3G Tablet PC ,Android pro notebooky,Android Tablet PC,Tablet PC Android 2.2,Android MID -China supplier
For me it seems like the GTV584. Here is the manual:

Is this the same G-box?
