I published some info about this new ZERO Devices Z902. As they are going to launch soon I open a new thread about this Android TV Stick.

Another good updates:

Added ESD
Added power protect circle
Soft turn on/off.
HDMI connector pop out

I'm going to receive a sample maybe around 13th for review. I'll try to take some pics and videos and post them here.
