How do I set up my Google Voice voicemail so I have both audio and transcription at the same time?

So I use to be able to read the transcription of my google talk voice mails while listening to it at the same time but now anymore. Please help me.

Also I know this is Virgin Mobile, I use VM but my employer doesn't and I'm hoping if you can answer this following question since people on Verizon forum's are dead...

Can *86 be used for accessing google voice voice mail rather than my Verizon number's voicemail?

And lastly and also completely unrelated to google voice, If I have the same e-mails on two e-mail accounts (gmail and hotmail) ,because they are set up to sync with each other, is there a way to delete one e-mail and have the other one be deleted too? Ex: delete on gmail and have it on hotmail deleted too without having to do it twice.

I'll answer a few of your questions..

*86 is a Verizon "shortcut" for voicemail, can't change what it does as it's a system number.

The email. Sounds like you have your Google account set to "check" your Hotmail account, it's a 1-way sync. The only way to remove the messages from Hotmail is to not have Google leave a copy of the retrieved message on the server, but then you don't have ANY messages in Hotmail.
