I'll answer a few of your questions..
*86 is a Verizon "shortcut" for voicemail, can't change what it does as it's a system number.
The email. Sounds like you have your Google account set to "check" your Hotmail account, it's a 1-way sync. The only way to remove the messages from Hotmail is to not have Google leave a copy of the retrieved message on the server, but then you don't have ANY messages in Hotmail.
