Here’s my question: I would like to give people the ability to “sync” this data to their smartphone. For obvious reasons, I don’t want to give people my real password. Is there a way I can have people sync this data over by sending out a “sync-only” password? Or maybe I can send out a URL that people can click on to import all the data.
I saw some information about “Gmail delegation”, but that gives too much access and also has a 30 person maximum.
Anyone have any suggestions for this problem?
Thanks!

I do not think there is anyway to do this.
What I would like to suggest is creating a google document, by downloading, from your email, all the names (last, first), phone numbers and what other information you like, into a spread sheet or document.
After you've formatted the information, give everyone access to the file.

This will give those on your list will the opportunity to download the file then upload to their email if they choose.
