Default gmail/android “sync-only” password

Hello –
I’m part of a church organization that has approximately 300 members. What I would like to do is enter everyone phone number and address as contacts into my Gmail account. This part I know how to do.

Here’s my question: I would like to give people the ability to “sync” this data to their smartphone. For obvious reasons, I don’t want to give people my real password. Is there a way I can have people sync this data over by sending out a “sync-only” password? Or maybe I can send out a URL that people can click on to import all the data.

I saw some information about “Gmail delegation”, but that gives too much access and also has a 30 person maximum.

Anyone have any suggestions for this problem?

Thanks!

I do not think there is anyway to do this.

What I would like to suggest is creating a google document, by downloading, from your email, all the names (last, first), phone numbers and what other information you like, into a spread sheet or document.

After you've formatted the information, give everyone access to the file.

How to share - Google Drive Help

This will give those on your list will the opportunity to download the file then upload to their email if they choose.
