Root When will the new Froyo Source Code ROMS Hit?

Like others here, I am addicted to trying great, new ROMS put out by our community of outstanding developers. I can't be the only one checking these forums almost constantly, waiting to be among the first to jump on something great. Does anyone know how close Pete may be to bringing out a rom built from Froyo source-code, or anyone else who is working on one?

Sapphire is already out. The rest will be done when they are done. If you don't mind breaking your phone, you can head over to IRC and try to get your hands on one of the versions CM is working on.

I was thinking Sapphire was out, but didn't see any links for downloading. I'll check their site to see if they're up.
