I am running Kangerade's 1.0 w/ a p3 kernel. Do most people watch flash videos w/ 3g or w/ wifi?

Also, how exactly does flash work? Is it a constant video stream? When I go to a website that has flash it takes a while to download. In fact, sometimes it's just too slow. If I just let it load will it play at a faster speed since it already has the video loaded?

Is there a way to save the video on my droid and watch like you would be able to do w/ a desktop and windows media player, for example? If that was the case then I wouldn't care how long it took to load!

I use both? When I'm at home I use Wifi other than 3g is fine with me. It takes a little while longer to load on 3g but I do not suffer from too much lag.

What Flash beta version are you using? I have Beta 3.
What browser are you using? I'm using Dolphin HD 2.0

As for dling a flash vid, the only one I can save are Youtube vids ntohing else.

Mostly use WiFi because unfortunately a lot of the times I am away from home I am at locations that do not have any vz 3g connection. Like work, a lot of my friends/etc. And at home I use WiFi.

Thanks. I have flash 10.1 and have been using the default browser even though I do have xscope lite. can I update flash on my phone or do I have to flash the . Apk from my desktop?

Also does using wi-fi burn the battery faster?

You can update using the apk directly to your phone. You can find it here.

Also, try Dolphin HD. It's a fast browser and works well with flash.

Once the file downloads is the speed at which you view Dependant entirely on how good your internet connection is or does it run fast since it has already been downloaded?

Most videos online in flash format are designed to stream. Usually you can tell by looking at the progress bar whether it is streaming or not because part of the bar will change color as it buffers.
