From INC to X

Since the worry free 60 day return policy was a bunch of BS what would be the best way to get the x? Just sell I ebay and buy the X outright? Any ideas?

Yes. That would be the best way. That's the only way that I know of at least. Once I get my refurbished phone, exam it and test it out for a few days... I am selling it on Ebay to at least get a few $$$ for the X.

Getting my X by returning my Inc under the 30 day exchange. I've had touch screen issues and weak cell signal issues from day one. Love the phone though, just those two things are pretty bad on my phone. Also, could use a longer battery life also. The Inc was my 1st smart phone and I didn't want the thing to be too big. I've found that it's size was not an issue and would actually like a bigger screen. Guess the X will fit my bill. Not sure about not having a mouse though. I don't use it for much at all, so I think it shouldn't be a big deal, shouldn't.

I would assume it to be $600 or maybe a tad less. I'm hoping that with Ebay or Craigslist that it comes out to be $300 for the phone all together.
