Help Battery Test Application

Is there any way to view the battery log to view how many times my battery has overheated?

Last night(1am) I plugged my phone in at 23% and in the morning(6am) the phone was dead, no power no lights, nothing, could not get it back on again. On AC power, computer power, nothing. I took the battery from the girlfriends incredible and put it in my phone and my phone booted right up. Swapping them back again and my phone showed 53% charge.

Happened again just now at 4:45, plugged phone into ac adapter at 9% left for 10 minutes and came back phone was dead. No boot no nothing. Battery light blinks instead of constant. Removing battery and replacing fixed it .

Can anyone explain this?

So far it has only crashed like that one more time, plugged in to charge at 19% and within 30 minutes the phone was locked.

Although yesterday I got an amazing 18 hours of life from the phone, without changing my habits or applications. Something is wrong with the battery or charging circuit for sure.

And to top it off its not like I could trade it for a new one at a Verizon store. They are all still sold out right?

I guess im not alone. How did you get the replacement? What reason did you give them?

i took the phone into the store and tried to best describe what was happening. the phone at that point wouldnt actually even power on, so he sent a replacement, which i received today. the replacement is working and charging just fine thank god...but if you want a replacement, just tell them it wont charge and actually loses power when using it, which is what was happening to me. they may try to direct you to the store but just show them whats up with it and it shouldnt be a problem. and as far as the phone being out of stock...the new ones are out of stock but they do have replacements you can get in 2 days
