Help What a STUPID place for speaker.

I really cant fathom why some of these manufacturers make such basic errors in design...what a stupid place to have the speaker?!?.. you cant hear anything if the phone is placed on its back.

yeah thats true.. same design with the Omnia II, but they gave it a small bump to raise the back when laying flat to release the sound... but not enough... the iphone speaker settings were ok when your not touching it.. but if you playing games landscape.. the speakers tend to get covered by your hands
... wheres the best place?
