Is there anyway for me to set a voicerecording I've made myself as the default tone for text messages??

Try the following:

1: Make the following folder on your sd card in /media/audio/notifications
2: Copy the recording into there. It should show up in your list of notifications

Thank you for your advice regarding the tones for messages. I read / applied successful it. Can tell me, please, if is there any way to set my alarm tones (sounds) using an mp3 song?

same thing - create a folder on your storage card called "alarms" and pop the tones in there - they will magically appear in your alarm tone list!
