I am being a total girl right now but I am beyond frustrated. I hope you guys can help or at least find a girl a box of tissues.

I am having two issues.

1) I can't, for the life of me, figure out how to attach a video to an email. If I click on attach from the "compose" feature I am taken to my photo gallery and not my video gallery.

If I open up the gallery and hit share I am given the email option. Is this the only way to send videos via email?

I use Gmail for email. Any ideas?

2) This is why I want to cry and rip my hair out:

I am having a hard time sending pics/video via MMS. Some of my friends receive them and some don't. It doesn't seem to matter what network they are on. However, the problem seems to be with 2 other Verizon customers (who have smart phones and are have data/messaging packages) and one other T-Mobile customer (also with a smart phone.) These friends are able to send to me no problem but I can't send them to them without getting an error message that reads "invalid address." So it the media isn't even leaving my phone...

I have tried entering with and without the #1 at the beginning of the number, sending directly from the gallery and not from the messaging app, I have tried everything! I actually spent over an hour and a half on the phone with a verizon rep troubleshooting and they can't figure it out either.

I used to have a windows mobile based phone and was able to send to these folks with no problem. All, including myself, have been Verizon customers for years so the issue isn't with importing the phone number from another carrier...

Does anyone know of an app or something I can download and try to work with to send MMS? Any ideas at all?

Please. <sob> <sob>

MMS is an issue with this phone for sure. There are several posts that describe possible fixes for your issue. Ranging from removing the ( ) from phone numbers to swaping the phone for another. Try sending from the droid on display at the VZW and see what happens.

I cannot send video MMS to half my friends. They get a message stating that the message is in an incorrect format, or that the MMS conversion process corrupted the file. VZW has no idea why, and no way to help me. I have demonstrated it in the store, by attempting to send a vid to the manager and two other employees.
One could get it, the other two, massive fail.

Ooops! Sorry for asking a question that has already been asked numerous times. I did a search and didn't find anything related so I started a new thread. I will try another search, maybe with different terms, and see what I can find.

In the meantime if someone reads this and has a suggestion, solution or an app that I should try I really appreciate the guidance!

If you'd like, you can try sending me a MMS?
