Help Can anyone help with my X10

I have had it since it came out in march, and the past few weeks i have been having trouble with it, it started by turning itself off after i made a call but now its constant;y doing it and the screen dont like to unlock, its driving me mad and i cant find any answers, short of taking it to the shop and loosing it to them for weeks i dont know what else to do, can anyone help? anyone else having this problem?:(
 
Have you tried anything yet?
Not sure what items you may have installed or how so the first and best foot forward would be to start your fone in safe mode and use it thusly for a short period to determine if its market/YOUinstalled apps or the OS that is having troubles. If in safe mode the troubles go away it will point to apps installed from Market or were ever. If it dose not go away it will be the os or worse yet hard ware.
If its a Market app Try uninstalling this.
If its the OS try updating/reinstalling via the supplied PC suit from Sony.
If that doesn't work I would be sending it to were you purchased it and get the thing looked at.

To boot into Safe Mode:
Turn off the device
Power on
During start up, hold down the menu button as soon as you feel the first vibrate
Continue to hold menu down until phone has completely booted

i havent installed anything on it, i went into the shop (t-mobile) and the told me to leave the battery out for a few hours, it worked....for a day, now they are saying all they can do is send it off, id loose it for 2-3 weeks, its on contract and the want me to use a replacement phone that came out in the 90s dont even have a camera or blu tooth and is too small for me. told me i would loose everything on the phone....on wedding pics r on it, and told me i would have to back it all up yet when i plug it into my laptop it turns itself off, it wont charge via the plug now either and its really getting on my nerves. short of breaking it and claiming the insurance i dont know what to do, tmobile told me they hadnt had anyone in with the same problem as me.....im thinkin they are lying.
