Force Close with Better Keyboard...

So I just put Better Keyboard on my wife's Hero for her to try out (they have a downloadable beta of their most recent version on their site right now). It works fine until we go into the web browser and try to input text into the Google search box or IMDB search, etc. As soon as you touch that box, BK force closes. She can send texts through Handcent and even type into the address bar of the browser. The stock HTC keyboard doesn't do this and the phone is otherwise bone stock. No root... and it happened prior to and after the 2.27 update.

Any ideas??

I posted a comment on their blog under the latest Better Keyboard post. It may not be visible if they haven't approved it yet, but if you're having the same issue I encourage you to do that same...

That only applies to the demo/free version, the paid version has an adaptive learning keyboard that's one of the best I've seen. Well worth it.
