Root Q about Root

Ok I got my phone rooted 2 days ago. I though it all worked fine etc and my Build number showed I had 023, (started out as 016) so I thought it was fully rooted but I don't think it is as I DL'ed Titan Backup from the market place and every time I run I will get a screen tellim me to could not gain Root permissions if I hit ok it will FC!!

So is my phone rooted or not???

Have you got the superuser permissions app installed after the root/was it on your phone after?

EDIT: Have you removed any apps that where included in the root?

Not that I can remember.
I did uninstall a load of apps, the crap moxthingy and some default se stuff.

For sure you need Superuser installed and with tath besure to have the latest bizzybox as well. Down load from the Market BUSYBOX this will ensure you have the latest bizzybox installed. Then install Superuser following the procedure layed out @ XDA dev. Finally reinstall Titanium. On a side an so you know if you donate / pay for Titanium it will auto install all of your apps and market links user data et all!!! Very "Must have" tool for rooters
