Oh my goodness! Motorola Storm phone?!?

That's impressive. I have no idea how these phones pass the "inspection" process for refurbs. Luckily I'm still on my first one and it's still perfect so far. My friend is getting random reboots on his and gets a refurb Wednesday, hopefully he doesn't end up like all these horror stories I read on here. I'd say he'll be alright because all you see is the bad experiences and no one ever posts their success stories in forums, heh.

So your current device says you're running an Incredible. What are you doing with a Droid? And you're planning on getting an X soon?

Switch phones much? lol :p

Lol... I have a problem. But really I have 4 lines, ones an Eris, an Incredible (which is being switched to an X due to I need a replacement and I am not waiting a month and a half so Verizon is helping me out), and a Moto Droid...

But geeze man, these Moto Droids just amaze me with the level of garbage we have recieved.

If this was your 4 th phone, if you call Verizon and complain they should give you either a new phone, or up grade you to a new phone. They have done this in the past, I think they said it was policy, 4 phones in a certain amount of time warrants an upgrade. Good Luck!!!

+1

It seems that you've been more than patient with them. They should send you a new one.

Well i know with alltel, granted it means nothing, but i went through what they call the lemon law. Three refurb phones in a year and you are either opt out of your contract or you can upgrade free to a phone that was equal to the price on when you first bought the first phone.

So, i would discuss that with them, because technically I believe you should be allowed out of your contract due to the lemon law.
