Mr. megi, check out this nice little app called Quick Settings. It stays in your notifications bar and shows all the options that you have as buttons on your home screen. You can access it from any app because it stays in the notification bar.

that clock is "weather and toogle widgets" google for it , and u can make the skin by ur self ...

What do u want ? the launcher is launcherpro u can get it in market , the widgets and the weather clock are "beautiful widgets" u can find them easy in google search

I like it! It looks cool! What launcher are you using? OpenHome is it? I'm still scared to try and change the taskbar to black, I like how the black one looks like!
