NE2 $50 credit at Best Buy?

Does anyone know if Best Buy can apply the $50 New Every 2 credit? I'm only asking because I know my line I upgraded to the Droid was eligible for the NE2 credit when I bought the phone last week at Best Buy... no credit was applied.

Any help on this would be much appreciated.

No, they cannot. The New Every Two credit is only available at Verizon Wireless stores or online.

When i bought my Droid from Best Buy I was eligible for NE2 and an upgrade -- both of which were applied, allowing me to receive the phone for only $99!
