I'm sorry if this is a duplicate, but can someone post some barney style instructions for setting up snes games using apps and oldcomputer.com

I read a lot about this and I can't find any simple instructions.

Thanks in advance.

Search snes emulator in the market. Install it

You can google search how to get roms - that's something that should be taken up offline

Put the roms in a folder on your sd card

Run the app, open the rom.

Its going to take awhile for you to get the button settings the way you like... took me 4 tries, but I can play fairly well now.

1) Download the SNES app.
2) Download the roms to your computer
3) Remove your micro sd card (mounting your phone will not be effective)
4) Connect the sd card to your computer
5) Load the roms somewhere on the sd card
6) Remove card and put it back in the phone
7) Run the snes app and then open the rom of your choice
8) Enjoy!... kinda

I got it running yesterday then got a refund. Legend of Zelda had half the level invisible, and Mario Kart was a pain to control (those two were the main reasom I bought the app). Hopefully you will have better experience!

Hi, I was wondering how the Moment runs SNES games. Is it smooth with sound? Thanks.
-For the 10mins that I played it before uninstalling it worked great! The screen does not expand to fit the whole thing, because the original snes games were rendered in square dimensions, not wide screen. So both sides of the screen are blacked-out.
-The app gives the option to set your own keys, this is something that you may want to try.
-As I stated earlier, the physical objects that should have been all over the place in Zelda, were turned invisible. So when walking around it looked like an open field, but it was actually a maze of boundaries. I'm not sure if that will be a problem on many other games.
-The sound and speed of the game seemed perfect to me.

That's about all that I noticed, I hope that helps.

I have the SNES and NEs and both work great. Some games are unplayable. Castlvanie being one and ZELDA another. Just hit or miss honestly. Good luck and I have probably 50 across both that I enjoy and play. Mario Kart wasn't that bad I thought by the way
Yeah, Mario Kart rendered well, but I wasn't a fan of the controls. Of course that's just something that I probably would've just gotten used to. Maybe I'll try it again in the future.
