Help Light bleeding through the screen..:-(

What kind of light bleeding exactly? I have a nasty hotspot in the center of my phone that seems to be growing brighter by the day. I am going to give in soon and have my phone replaced because I just can't take it anymore. I hope they don't try to treat it like a stuck pixel and refuse. If they do then its off to best buy for their black tie and I won't see the phone for 30 days...

Since you are out of the 30 days you could take it to a Sprint store with a service center. They can order you a replacement phone but it might take some time to get it in. It also may or may not be a rebuilt one. This is why I posted a week ago that if you had any problems you should get it swapped out within the first 30 days because you are guaranteed a new phone then. What is happening is the glue at the bottom of the screen starts to let go on some of them. The screen wont fall out because its double face taped everywhere else. Some folks have re glued them down by using krazy glue and a few strong spring type clothes pins to hold it down while gluing if they really didn't want to give up that handset.

I had this same problem. I went to the Sprint store today. They took my phone for about an hour and a half - and some kid replaced the entire LCD screen and glass. I kid you not, it was like some 18 year old looking kid - did and EXCELLENT job. My phone looks literally brand new. He kept apologizing that I lost my screen protector, but I don't care.

No more hot spot on the LCD, and it's as if I have a new phone.
