So, I was bored tonight, and I had some 3M Di-Noc vinyl laying around. Here's what I did:

I think it came out pretty well. The cutouts for the speaker and flash aren't nearly as noticeable in real life.

Looks good, I would have spent more time to get the speaker and flash cutouts closer as well as cover the HTC logo.

I actually had my template backwards  So I had to open up the speaker one and adjust the flash one too. But like I said, the woodgrain is dark enough that it really blends in with the black, and you can't hardly see the cutouts at all. You literally have to be closer than 6" away to tell.

Hmm you let your EVO get further away than 6" from you? Damn you are a risk taker. Lol. No it looks damn good

Everywhere but the cutouts for the flash, speaker, and HTC look really good. I was pretty sure it would be hideous when I opened the thread, but I must say I am pleasantly surprised. You should give it another whirl and leave the HTC covered and get a little closer with the flash/speaker. Not too shabby, though.

See post#4

The cutouts REALLY show up in the one pic. You can't really see them at all IRL. Some things just don't photograph all that well. Not for this amateur photographer anyway.
