Reporting bugs to HTC

Can anyone tell me where/how we should be reporting bugs/problems or improvements to HTC?

If I'm being dumb, sorry. But I've had a look on htc.com and this forum and can't seem to find out.

I'm thinking that the more reports they get on an issue the more likely they are to fix it (in theory anyway!)

Nice theory, but I don't think hTC give a damn.

I emailed them about one thing, and got a stock reply from a customer service rep' who clearly did not know WTF he was trying to talk about. As part of the stock reply they ask for feedback on their answer; so I let them know the answer they gave me wasn't correct; and I got a shitty email fired back saying they couldn't be expected to be able to give the right information out as they were only customer service reps'!?!

Ha ha! Classic!
Actually if they are just some paid punters sitting at a computer screen with a standard algorithm of responses then they may have a point. If however HTC actually aim to provide some proper tech support then it's not great is it.

Doesn't do much but encourage cynicism then does it!

I've reported a couple of faults through the ticket system, got fairly stock replies, then filled in the survey with my 'thoughts' - this just generates a phone call asking for further feedback. After you've taken the time to explain it all again and why you're not happy you get, wait for it, another stock reply saying pretty much, 'Oh well, sorry but there's nothing we can do'.
