Still no answer to "When will the X be available to order online." >:O

Just got off of a live chat with "Taylor" from VZW and asked her if she knew what time it would be available.

"I'm sorry, I do not have access to that information."

WHY THE F CAN'T THEY JUST TELL US WHEN THEY WILL POST IT?!?!

Maybe I would leave them alone. I bet I have 10 notes on my account saying that i call and chat multiple times a day asking about the X

Ok, so it's 8 am Pacific time here in California. I just spoke to Verizon Customer Service and they tell me that the website will be available for online orders at 12:01 am Pacific Time. I said what about the East coast it'll be 3 am there?? He said, we'll yeah, they'll have to wait so everybody orders at the same time?? Huh?? Is he bs ing me??? What do you guys think???

I have spoken to several CSRs over the phone, and they all say that it is a go for a midnight launch online. Although, one of them told me it would actually be 12:01am CENTRAL time, but I have not confirmed that with anyone else.

Midnight is what I thought too, but I can never get an answer myself from any CSR. Hopefully it will be midnight!

I'm also keeping my fingers crossed that they post it just before 4:30pm today, so that we can have it tomorrow! I'm also keeping my fingers crossed that I win the Powerball jackpot tonight too though....

I can see there being a problem either way. I mean, for all of us that are this concerned about ordering the phone, we are gonna keep checking around midnight anyways. Why not just tell us so that we would stop calling 50 times per day. (Or maybe thats just me )

I have spoken to a rep for weeks, who confirmed that VZW was forcing CSRs to be fielding calls earlier than usual (I believe she has to be in by 8am EST).

I've heard rumblings though that online orders will begin sometime between 12am-3am EST.

I spoke with a rep yesterday on the phone. She told me that online order will go live at 12 Midnight Central Time. I have no idea why Central, but this is what I was told. Take it for what it is though, considering the conflicting reports we have gotten so far.

Spoke with a rep about 30 min. ago about other stuff (still having NE2 problems). She said midnight. I clarified if this would apply in eastern time -- she said good question, asked me to hold on while she asked a supervisor, came back on and said yes, 12:00 eastern time (for those of us in that region). So, I assume it's at 12:00 in each time zone.....for once I'm glad I no longer live in Oregon

It would be the next day. They process orders at 4:30PM each day, and that would include any orders within the intervening period.
