Help Mac doesnt recognize X

Alot of whats on there seems to be a PC. I can get it to mount on my PC just not my Mac where most of my media is. I had the same issue with my Devour when i had it. I think its the options with the Motorola mounting menu. Its different the basic Android or Android/Htc mounting menus

I have this same problem. After messing around ALOT with Media Share, I finally got it mounted. The problem now is Double Twist finds it as just a Motorola Droid, not a Droid X, and it will not sync my music. If I open the mounted drive, it does not show the same files as Astro will show on my phone. I've tried to manually drop a song on the SD card, and it will not show up on my phone in Astro. When I download something to my SD card on my phone, it will show in Astro and not on the mounted drive. I feel one is reading the card, and one is reading the internal memory. Getting kinda frustrated! lol any help?

Ratchet does your "Device" come up as Motorola Droid or Droid X. And do you hit sync and it immediately starts copying music over? My progress bar will move right away, but no progress after waiting up to 30 minutes.

UPDATE:***Alright I did some searching around, it happened to be a Safari problem, figures APPLE! If by some chance you're opening double twist and getting a message about some Community Tool Bar, this will stop double twist from syncing to your phone. Go to your Mac HD Folder > Library Folder > InputManagers Folder and erase the folder called CTLoader. You'll need to restart your Mac in order to erase this folder from the recycling bin because it'll say "Files in Use" or whatever. After this, I loaded up double twist, and finally started syncing to my phone. Phewww.

doubletwist does indeed identify my droidx as a regular droid. However this has not stopped me from syncing several playlists to my phone. The sync was slower than I expected, but it did work.
