This may sound nuts, but what is the one, must have app to really show off what the Droid is all about. I have friends, family and coworkers all interested in the Droid and wanting to check it out. I hand it over and they tinker a bit, but most leave unimpressed. Which 1 - 3 apps can I install to really show it off. Until now I have shown them HQ youtube video to show off the screen and sound. What else can I show them. The Nav app is also impressive. What else?

Maybe the barcode scanner? How about something more common, like Shazam? Just throwing out ideas.........

Show off Locale and how it can change how your phone reacts by your location. Such as silent mode during church. ShopSavvy is also cool for older folks. The fact that you can bargain shop and determine where to go for certain items is awesome.

Also, "Where" app. I like it for the fact that you can search for cheap gas stations around your area. They also have cheap hotels, restaurants and such.

If the person you're showing your Droid off to doesn't believe that it is the greatest phone ever created, just bust out your lightsaber and cut his/her head off.

Talk to me - speak english and it will translate to italian, spanish, german, french and TTS it out to you

Dizzler - on demand streaming (lots of songs available), for when you get that sudden urge to hear a song but you don't have it in your library

SNESoid - SNES emulator

and I second others when they say

-Sky Map
-Navigation
-Voice search/recognition

Yeah locale. When I explain it people look at me dumbfounded. They think I'm lying. I don't turn my ringer off when I go into church or Dr office. Well of course after services the ringer turns back on even at church.

Definitly Locale. It one of the apps that will have a hard time making it to other phones because it is a background running app. And it is very useful for location setting for ring and wifi, but I also use it as a locator. When I use GV to call the phone it turns on wifi and GPS so I can locate it on Latitude and it tuns the ringer way up. Cool use of Locale.

Also... show them the phone app. The call quality is absurb compared to other Smart-not-so-much-phones.
