Help How to change the look of the icons?

How do I change the icons on my HTC Evo? When I look at screenshots of HTC Sense I see that the icons look nicer. They have a more cartoonish look then the ones I have on my Evo.

Here is an example of the icons I want:

But the screenshot I posted is of a stock HTC launcher. The icons just look a bit different than the ones on my evo.

So I downloaded Folder Organizer Lite and changed the icons that I wanted to custom ones I downloaded, but now what? They still don't change when I add them to the home screen, and long pressing them only lets me slide them around or delete. Help?

Those pic in your first post are from the old UI sense before it got updated so yeah and the icons to put them in the apps icon need to get download it to your device

If you're flashable then you're rooted in which case you "should" have TitaniumBackup?? Just reinstall from there... If you don't have TBackup then get it!! Saves you from a world of work!

yeah i agree, folder organizer is pretty good, i changed my icons with it, just don't forget to create SHORTCUTS as it won't change the actual orginal icon of the app, so just create a shortcut and point it to folder organizer app.
