Root [PATCH] Deodexed app+framework for stock 2.1+OTA (1.36.605.0)

This patch is to provide fully deodexed app and framework for users of the new 1.36.605.0 OTA (stock 2.1 Sense).

Nothing has been stripped out or changed, this is completely stock. To be clear, it is NOT a full ROM and will replace your /system/app and /system/framework folders completely. If you have added anything to these directories it will be removed.

As always, you should perform a nandroid backup before applying the patch.

which rom is this patch applied to?

I tried updating by using rom manager and applying the zip. I froze up at the white incredible screen. I am newly rooted with nothing changed from stock other than wifi tether and incredilight. Maybe will try again later.


Edit: Being new to the whole root thing a thought hit me. Was I supposed to apply this as an update.zip?

I have tried 3 times to use this and I always lock at the white incredible screen and I give up after 20 minutes. I have wiped everything back to stock and cleared cash before install. No luck....advice?

could someone post a link to the rom this is applied to? i dont have an incredible and im not all that familiar with the incredible specific leaks and OTAs yet
