I can't send picture messages or receive them, it's really irritating, every time someone sends me one it just says there was an error and constantly retrys to download until I have to delete the message, similar thing happens when I try and send a message, any solutions?

Through experience i've learned .... make sure of your settings IN your Message App... also, if your photo/video your trying to send AFTER... hitting SEND, you'll get a Resizing Message Window... then your attachment will be delivered... If your attachment is too large, then it will state ATTACHMENT TO LARGE, and not send your message.

Test it with someone, even though you get some type of error message on the status bar, your message/Attachment gets delivered, don't ask me why, i have no clue. You can also check delivery status by viewing your individual message details by long pressing the message body window, a menu appears, choose DETAILS.

I never had a problem with receiving Photos/videos, but check your Message App setting too see the size of ATTACHMENTS allowed SETTING. Good luck

Can anyone help me with trying to send an MMS VIDEO? I tried to send a 9 second movie to my sister and wife's cell phone and it said it wouldn't do it. Does anyone know how to send videos with this great phone?

It's kinda tricky. The best way I've found is to begin composing a message, then click menu>attach>camcorder. Then create the video you want to send. The settings and limitations are locked in for you.

The problem is this, the phone will natively take high quality videos, requiring a great deal of memory (more so when we get 720p). This means that the files are so big that they cannot easily be sent.

If you wish to send a larger video, you need to either email it (size restrictions there as well) or upload it to youtube.
