Well I see a lot of people having this problem.

I solved it by taking my micro sd card out. When I put it back in was when I saw the phone restarting.

I am gunna try to replace the phone anyways just bfor the hell.of it but if you guys are having trouble you can try taking out the mem card. Some symptoms are obvious resatarting, non responsive touch screen so far. Posting on a troubled g-uno

Have you tried formatting the memory card, or using a different memory card? The issue sounds like a problem with the card, not the phone.

Mine reboots randomly by itself and will also turn off by itself when i leave it plugged in to charge overnight! The only way i can get it to power back on if it turns off by itself is to remove the battery and put it back in! Its getting kinda annoying!!! I was trying to hold out till i got the update (still on RC19), but this is taking way too long!!

I was on the phone with t-mobile a few times. I accused them of dinkin me around because they would not listen to me, they continued to give me quick fixes, like reseting my phone, and taking the battery out. I continue to have a no call indicator problem. Meaning someone would call and I would get accused of not answering or silencing. The callers would say hey I called you five times and your phone would ring and ring then I would call back it would ring two times then voicemail. Or they would get the voice mail right away. Then the memory cad issue, it reboots itself and I used the one it came with and a different on both formated numerous times. My phone would change its background, after a day, the ringers would automatically changed to default t mobile ring. So finally after a hour and a half this last time. I got them to change my phone I wanted a refund, but they didnt want me to do that.

you should have returned it!

its either get a new whole device(if returned then purchased another g1) or half a new device(replacement phone)

the replacement phone is g1 without batt, sim, and back cover, or mem card. so if those arent causing the problem, return it. (if you under the 14 day buyers remorse thing)

btw. my replacement phone was new(or atleast it looks and feels new!) but the buttons seem weird.

my phone has been having problems with rebooting too ... they are sending me a new battery to see if thats the problem .. if not i want a new phone

.... go to a tmobile store and call them from their

well i guess its too late now.

i REALLY doubt it your battery. i called tmobile from a tmobile store and said they couldnt help me with the battery, so they sent me a new phone!(much better idea in my opinion) so they sent it free supposedly 3 day shipping but got it NEXT DAY AIR!

its not your battery, but hey! if you can keep the battery if you switch the phones thats awesome. G/L
