Help Found out what the battery hog in Froyo is...

And what can all of you stock users do? nothing I guess.
It's the JIT compiler. I currently am running Kang o rama 1.0 and just disabled the JIT compiler. Let me ...tell...you...what. My battery life is amazing again and my nexus is still pretty fast. (overclocked SLIGHTLY) I'm sure in future updates the JIT can be tamed, but if you can't, and I mean just can't deal with it, Root may be your best option.

Any other solutions while I'm on the topic? :p

Dunno mate, im on froyo and my battery lasts minimum 16 hours with heavy daily usage.....
