Help Help: USB Driver Issues

I've installed the driver software and got the message "your device is ready to use". But nothing else happens besides that when I connect my Moment to my PC. I've already made sure debugging is unchecked, I've turned my computer and phone off and on, but I still can't get the mount option to appear on my phone. Any other suggestions.

Go to menu>settings>sd card and unmount it. Turn the phone off, pull the battery and the sdcard. Replace both and turn the phone on, that should fix your problem. Also make sure you are using the data cable that came with the phone, some usb micro cables dont like the moment it seems (i have one myself like this).

ok go into your computer and remove anything and everything that says samsung or sprint then go to you trash can empty it then reboot the computer after that just plug the phone in and let it do its thing should work just make sure debugging is off.
