Accessories Aftermarket Battery Testing Results...

You should test the 2600mah batteries from ebay.

I've spent enough money on 3rd party batteries, if you're willing to be without yours for a week I will test it and pay for shipping both ways. You pay to ship it to me, I pay to ship it back and include reimbursement in the return shipment...

Dang, you are being nice. I think if people want their batteries tested, they should pay for shipping both ways.

Well I do too - but building a database of some of these batteries would be beneficial... so some incentive needs to be added...

This will all die out soon...

I'm fairly confident that the batteries, that are larger - like NOT the size of stock batteries are very likely to test out close to their rated capacities...

The 1750 mAh is really a size/weight ration that's close to impossible IMO.

I bet if I put "Liar Liar" in the title of this thread it would get more views and comments :)

I think the issue with views and comments is placement.

I can tell you from me at least that I am just seeing it now by pure chance! Maybe ask a Guide or Mod to move it to the main page instead of the Accessories section.

This is valuable information and unless someone goes into the Accessories section this will not be seen by as many people as it should!

P.S. Very nice work!!

Thank Dustin!!!

I've known for a while but your proof is icing in the pudding.. :D

Seidio - take note. There is a great professor at the University of Colorado. His name is Julian Friedland and he teaches a phenomenal Business Ethics course.

I suggest you ditch the battery and take a course with him. Then maybe we will let you continue to do business in our country. Sleeze bags.

In this case I disagree. It only costs 12 bucks for a 2600, so while I can understand not wanting to pay for the 50 dollar batteries, it seems like testing such a cheap battery would go a lot further than the other batteries.

The only people who are going to order the 2600 are people trying to save money, so it's unlikely anyone will want to send theirs off or outright buy you one.

So buy it and ship it to me if its so cheap :) .

I'll send it back.

I should warn about those no-name 1500 mah batteries from eBay. I received one, the watt hour rating says its an 1100mah battery instead. I've done some testing with a new app I'm writing. It also shows the batter to be at best 1100 mah. Less than the stock 1300 mah battery, much less than the advertised 1500 mah.

Yeah, there will be a lot of people who can't send it back - but you can be sure that, as a company, they track and trend their product returns and I'm sure they'd take note of any kind of substantial change.

I would love to think that SEIDIO would track that - don't know why they would - I am sure - pretty certain -that lots of people are happy with their SEIDIO 1750 battery because it is bigger in capacity than the stock battery.

Very light users in good coverage areas are probably very happy with that batter.

I was hoping a Moderator would place this as a sticky post - but I also noticed that SEIDIO SEIDIO account didnt post in this thread - finally - I noticed this forum has a store that sells SEIDIO Equipment - so I hope everyone at least learned a little from this thread before it disappears into the forgotteness of web forums...
