Media dock needs a headphone out jack

It is a "Media" dock right?? It's great that I can just drop my phone into when I get back to my desk, but I have to constantly plug in and unplug my speakers

The box it comes in is labeled "Multimedia Station", but the Verizon site lists it as a "Charging Cradle". But based on the design of the phone itself, I don't see any way make a dock that the phone could slide into and provide both audio out and charging at the same time.

Both functions would use the micro USB port.

I suspect that eventually 3rd party vendors will make a better dock that actually has audio out.
