I've been, an avid iPhone user for a few years now. But not your typical complacent user. I made that phone obey my every whim. This took plenty of convincing (aka jailbreaking/unlocking), but eventually I turned my practically sterile iPhone into a smartphone powerhouse. Toggles, customized themes, enhanced functionality (which phone company doesn't provide SOME sort of reminder mechanism for missed calls/texts etc!?). But as I said, I had to make a very big effort to get it to function as I say it should instead of how Apple says it should. Things were good, nay, GREAT.
Then I got a Droid X. Why I wasted my time with iOS I'll never know...
Android is far, FAR superior. Everything that I had to FORCE my iPhone to do, comes naturally and STOCK on the Android and DX.
Bliss.
